2. International Sales & Refund Policy

Please read this section carefully before making a purchase. Due to the immediate, digital, and live nature of the services provided, our refund policy varies strictly based on your geographic location:

• For customers outside the European Union (including USA, Canada, Australia): All sales of digital programs, access passes, and materials are 100% final, non-refundable, and non-cancelable. Once access to the digital dashboard or materials has been granted, no refunds or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.

• For customers residing within the European Union (EU): Pursuant to EU consumer law, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. However, if you expressly agree at checkout that the 21-day live program should begin before the expiration of this 14-day withdrawal period, the following applies: In the event of a timely withdrawal within the first 14 days, you owe compensation for the services already rendered up to the time of withdrawal (live sessions already conducted or content already provided). After the expiration of the 14-day period, any refund is completely excluded.

3. Protection Against Fraudulent Chargebacks

By purchasing our services, you agree that you will not initiate fraudulent chargebacks with your credit card provider or bank. Any unauthorized chargeback procedure will be vehemently contested by JPMedia Group using digital logs, IP tracking, and your explicit consent via the checkbox at the time of purchase.

All content, videos, methods, texts, and graphics contained within the Reset Programs are the exclusive intellectual property of JPMedia Group. You are granted a simple, non-transferable license solely for personal use. Sharing, reselling, or reproducing our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
